Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!!!
Leprechauns are kind of funny, jolly and can sometimes be a little scary.
But, if they share what's at the end of the rainbow in their pot they're good in our book.
Every year for Saint Patrick's day we fix corned beef and cabbage.
I was not sure why until this year.
We followed the cooks country recipe and it not only looked good it was fabulous!
We can't wait till next year!!!
