We went for a ride up to Horseshoe Bend, Idaho to the Riverside Grill for Unk's 91st Birthday.

We all ate dinner and I brought Texas sheet cake. We even had enough to share with the wait staff.
Great Grandma Ruth had taco salad. Can I just say wow!!! I should have ordered that.
On the way back over the hill to home we saw a bunch of Elk. We counted 14 all together.
We even turned around to get pictures of them and make sure everyone saw them.
We spooked them a little bit.

What a great choice to go to the Riverside!
