Sharing time and the great joys it brings to me... Last Sunday I had sharing time, my first one for the year. I was so stressing, like usual even though I was well prepaired. I did some music with the help of Kris the pianist and had the children draw a picture of "One way you know Heavenly Father Loves You." Then I had a few of them share their pictures up front where everyone could see what they thought showed them that Heavenly Father Loves them. They loved it. Then came Sr. primary. While I was having them drew their pictures Emma Bailey said the sweetest thing. She said," I love when you teach." I of course said thanks and really. she said," Yes, you have those dope boots, and your always so happy and fun." What a great compliment at just the right moment. Sharing time will definatly be better this year.
